Finding The Right Path
Young man finds his path and relationships in life.
This story is about a young man in his early twenties.
He was struggling in his career, questioning the value of what he was in school for, and losing hope for finding a meaningful romantic relationship in his life.
He was unsure of himself, unsure of what he stood for, and unsure of what he wanted to be in the world.
Simply put, there were times he felt lost.
Based on our initial sessions, it became clear the core hurdles to overcome were self-worth, innate value, and innate strengths.
Together, we worked to uncover & identify his underlying values. Then we prioritized those values to decipher his driving passions.
From there, we shed a powerful light on his innate strengths, which helped to show him the inherent value he brought into the room with him.
We discovered who he truly was, so he could bring those values and strengths into every interaction he was a part of.
As a result, he gained clarity around what he wanted to do with his life. He is kicking ass and taking names, developing meaningful relationships to support his journey, and building momentum with a concrete sense of direction.
It is not easy to make a breakthrough like this, but the benefits far outweigh the costs.

New Manager
New manager learns to excel in a challenging role.
This story is about a new manager asked to step into the position without the proper skills, training, or support. And if they failed, the entire organization would suffer.
The new manager struggled with their transition into management, not because they lacked the ability, but because the company was growing and changing so rapidly, there was no time to provide the support or training needed to hit the ground running.
Unfortunately, they quickly reached a breaking point when one unwieldy employee overwhelmed their new management skills. Tensions ran high and the new manager’s confidence was shaken.
The fundamental issue was skills training matched with real-time problem-solving.
Together, we identified the core management skills that needed development, and the core business systems that needed to be better utilized.
We started with the hiring process, using a combination of best practices and real problems the new manager was facing.
Later, we worked on honing fundamental business management skills. How to assign clear, measurable goals. How to support the team so they could grow, without trying to solve every problem for them. How to professionally hold team members accountable, and many other issues.
My client became an extremely competent manager with incredible self-confidence and impeccable hiring practices. They now listen to their business acumen and are no longer fettered by self-doubt. With incredible wins in this position, they have led the company to astounding success as more than just a manager—as a true leader.

A seasoned businessman who owned a brick and mortar shop was considering moving his business online. He wasn’t ready to give it up, but he knew it was time to explore more favorable career options at this point in his life.
