I focus on helping solo entrepreneurs, small to medium sized businesses, senior executives, mid-level managers, and individual contributors to excel in their roles.

Perhaps you deliver great quality products and services, but you’re not getting the types of leads or revenue that you believe you should be getting. We’ll work together on wide range of business topics – Leadership, Management, Sales and Marketing, Talent/Team development and organization and systems.

You may be a seasoned executive and your team has grown exponentially and you’ve had great success managing a smaller team, and you want to ensure you’ll have the same exceptional performance from yourself in this new role.

Perhaps you’re a new manager and you’re a bit unsure of yourself and you’d like to hone your management skills.

  • We’ll get clear on what’s working and what’s not. We’ll identify the management skills that are lacking and or need development.
  • In our meetings, I’ll deliver a customized training curriculum that enhances your management skills. Over time you’ll develop greater skills and confidence needed for this position.
  • As management issues come up in real-time, I’ll be available to coach you towards effective resolution.
Perhaps your job is so consuming that you have little time to enjoy life.
  • We’ll review/enhance your time-management skills and define certain boundaries that will give you more control of your time and enhance your productivity. How might the 80/20 rule apply?
  • We’ll look at certain job responsibilities that are taking an inordinate amount of your time. We’ll review efficiencies for this work through skill enhancement/coaching or even possibly get it off your plate.
  • Are you using the time you do have off in a fulfilling way? We’ll look at this.

Perhaps you are an experienced manager and you’ve been given a promotion where you’ll be managing a much larger staff and you want to ensure you’re managing your team at peak performance.

  • We will ensure you are 100% clear of your responsibilities in this new role.
  • We will do a top down analysis of your direct reports and define exactly what their responsibilities are and what you will hold them accountable for.
  • We will look at the strengths you bring to this new role and how  you can leverage these strengths towards greater competency.
  • We will look at any perceived or actual weakness as to determine a strategy to minimize these weaknesses. 
Perhaps you’re a new manager and you’re a bit lost. Maybe you’re managing someone much older than you and quite frankly it’s intimidating.

Professionally, I worked for over 25 years with the best companies in the industry, such as Oracle, SAP, RSA Security/EMC, and Informatica. In addition, my experience has included both individual contributor and management roles, from start-up ventures to very large corporations.

I also owned and successfully operated a San Francisco based real estate development company through some of the toughest economic conditions in recent history.

As your coach, this means I have led top-performing teams in tech and real estate for almost three decades, and I want to share the lessons I took away from those experiences with you.
